Position: TGT Science (Grade 6–8, CBSE)
Location: Guru Rajendra Jain International School, Rajgarh, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh
Accommodation: On-campus accommodation with meals provided

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Science Teacher to handle students from Grades 6 to 8 following the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of general science concepts (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) and should be passionate about inspiring young learners to explore scientific thinking and inquiry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned science lessons using interactive and inquiry-based teaching methods.
• Teach core topics across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology suited for middle school learners.
• Promote practical learning by incorporating demonstrations, models, experiments, and audio-visual resources.
• Foster curiosity, critical thinking, and analytical skills among students.
• Conduct formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback.
• Organize and encourage student participation in science fairs, quizzes, group projects, and other co-curricular activities.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other teachers to integrate interdisciplinary approaches and contribute to school events and programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) with B.Ed.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience in a CBSE or equivalent school.
• Skills:
• Sound knowledge of middle school science concepts and pedagogy.
• Proficiency in activity-based and student-centered teaching techniques.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Enthusiasm for scientific exploration and guiding adolescents in the learning process.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to stay on campus and participate in residential school life and student development beyond academics.
• Ability to provide additional support through remedial or advanced classes as needed.
• Adaptability to a structured and value-based school environment.
