Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic TGT Maths Teacher to teach Mathematics to students of primary grades (Classes VI–X). The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, child-centered teaching strategies, and the ability to make Maths fun and engaging for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics to students from grades VI to X using interactive and age-appropriate methods.
• Prepare daily lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with the school’s curriculum (CBSE Board).
• Use concrete teaching aids and digital tools to make abstract concepts clear and relatable.
• Foster numeracy skills through hands-on activities, games, and real-life examples.
• Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Identify learning difficulties and provide additional support or enrichment as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and student-friendly classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents to update them on student progress and development.
• Participate actively in school events, training programs, and collaborative planning sessions.
• Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and other administrative requirements.
• Follow school rules, discipline policy, and academic expectations consistently.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related field.
• B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE/State norms).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience teaching Maths at the Junior/Senior level (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children.
• Familiarity with modern teaching practices and digital education tools.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a CBSE/ICSE affiliated school.
• Exposure to activity-based and experiential learning methods.
• Understanding of foundational numeracy as per NEP 2020 guidelines.

Salary:

· Commensurate with qualifications and experience. Accommodation available for outstation candidate.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
