Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Fresher Diploma Holders for the role of Trainee Testing Engineer (Electrical) to join our lab in Mohali. The candidate will get hands-on experience in electrical safety testing under the guidance of experienced engineers and learn about testing standards and client handling. Key Responsibilities: Assist in conducting electrical safety tests as per defined standards and procedures. Prepare and maintain test documentation and reports. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to manage relationships. Support senior engineers in day-to-day lab operations and testing activities. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new testing methodologies. Maintain lab equipment and ensure compliance with safety guidelines. Skills & Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience. Good English communication skills. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Ability to manage client relationships professionally. Strong team player with good interpersonal skills. Note: Only local candidates from Mohali or nearby areas will be considered.
