Test Lead

We are seeking a Test Lead with a demonstrated background in Software Quality Assurance. You must possess a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Your responsibilities will include creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with automated testing tools, performance testing, documentation, and flow charts. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as you will be leading the testing team and providing guidance based on business requirements. Your primary roles and responsibilities will involve defining and comprehending business functions and processes, leading manual and automated testing of client/server and web applications, understanding various test stages and activities, managing test documentation standards, and acting as a liaison between end-users and IT analysts. You will be responsible for architecting complex test suites, testing product releases, documenting acceptance criteria, managing defects, and analyzing test cases prepared by team members. Furthermore, you will provide training, mentoring, and coaching to employees on new requirements. The ideal candidate should effectively communicate the overall team status to higher management, possess 8-12 years of experience in software quality assurance, have a basic understanding of HTML, .NET, and scripting languages, and be familiar with SQL and database testing. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, coupled with experience in writing test plans and test cases, both white box and black box testing, automated testing tools, and performance testing, is required.
