Key Duties & Responsibilities: Collaborate with brands to understand their business goals and objectives. Develop effective social media strategies aligned with clients' overall marketing objectives. Stay updated with the industry trends and emerging social media platforms to recommend innovative strategies. Create engaging and compelling content across various social media channels. Coordinate content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts. Utilize multimedia elements, including graphics and videos to enhance social media presence. Manage and optimize social media accounts on platforms such as LinkedIn Facebook, Instagram and others. Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and conversations relevant to client industries. Respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media in a timely and professional manner. Serve as the main point of contact for social media related work Conduct regular client meetings to discuss strategy, performance, and upcoming initiatives. Provide proactive recommendations and insights to enhance client satisfaction. Requirements & Skills: Proven experience in digital marketing & account management. Strong understanding of B2B social media best practices Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Client-centric approach with a focus on delivering results and building long-term partnerships. Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
