Test Lead

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at QualiZeal, you will be responsible for conducting functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure software stability. You will report and track defects found during testing using defect tracking systems and collaborate closely with developers to investigate and resolve issues. It will be your duty to continuously evaluate and enhance testing processes, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. Furthermore, staying updated on Workday HCM platform updates, new features, and best practices in Workday testing to incorporate relevant advancements into the testing approach will also be part of your role. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, you should possess a strong understanding of Workday HCM functionalities and configuration. Experience with Workday testing tools such as Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder is highly desirable. Proficiency in Workday reporting and data validation is a must. Your role will require excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, enabling you to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Your proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting will be crucial for success in this role.
