Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks; develop contingency plans to minimize project impact. Develop and execute training and development programs targeted at leadership-level personnel. Communicate program plans, status updates, and technical information clearly and effectively to team members and senior management. Lead failure analysis efforts, guide root cause investigations, and support teams in problem resolution using advanced techniques. Manage customer relationships with professionalism, providing logical and effective solutions to technical issues. Drive continuous process improvements by implementing best practices aimed at increasing efficiency, quality, and productivity. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics or related engineering disciplines. 10-12 years of experience in industrial engineering with strong expertise in process flow, FMDA, and control plans. Proven experience in team management and leadership roles. Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills. Expertise in risk management and contingency planning. Skilled in developing and delivering leadership training programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences including management and technical teams. Advanced problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with failure analysis methodologies. Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement. Preferred Attributes: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence at multiple organizational levels. Proactive, results-driven with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
