Territory Service Representative

You will be responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound operations at the Service Center, ensuring the timely, accurate, and profitable delivery of DP/Etail/INTL shipments to customers. Your key responsibilities will include supervising daily operations, analyzing load patterns for efficient route planning, monitoring delivery schedules, and ensuring safe handling of shipments to reduce instances of undelivered shipments and RTO cases. Additionally, you will be required to oversee adherence to operational workflows and SOPs, handle exception cases, monitor staff attendance, conduct briefings, and ensure the performance of the service center through regular training and development initiatives. As a leader, you will provide direction, guidance, and support to employees, monitor team performance, mentor and coach subordinates for skill development, and ensure adequate staffing levels at the Service Center. You will focus on driving productivity, service quality, and excellence, ensuring timely connectivity of outbound loads, updating status in the system within compliance timelines, and adhering to SOPs to minimize non-compliances. By monitoring security-related cases, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a performance-driven culture, you will contribute to the overall success of the Service Center. Your success will be measured by key performance indicators such as PDA/MPC productivity monitoring, timely connectivity of outbound loads to the Hub, adherence to SOPs, closure of exceptions within TAT, security of shipments, operational productivity increase, and adherence to performance management system timelines and guidelines.
