Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Territory Sales Manager to join our team at RX Industries in Gurugram. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing the North region's sales operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day sales activities within the assigned territory, ensuring targets are achieved or exceeded.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Northern region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Travel within the assigned region as required to meet clients and oversee operations.


Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in territory sales management, preferably in composite materials or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of technologies and products, including FRP manhole covers, gully covers, and molded gratings.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in sales and sales management techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Passionate about driving growth, innovation, and elevating industry standards through customer-centric approaches.
