Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Retail Distribution Manager to join our team at RX Industries. This on-ground role involves driving retail and wholesale channel growth by establishing strong partnerships, increasing product visibility, and expanding market presence across trade and retail channels in the target regions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in assigned territories.
  • Generate leads and convert opportunities within the sanitaryware, plumbing, hardware, and construction materials segments.
  • Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and BTL activations to boost brand awareness and demand.
  • Identify and develop new channel partnerships to enhance regional market penetration.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and retailer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure optimal product availability, strategic POS placement, and visibility at all retail and trade touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel extensively across assigned territories to maintain market presence and strengthen partnerships.


Qualifications:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in channel sales, field marketing, or trade marketing within the sanitaryware, construction, or building materials sectors.
  • Established network of retailers, distributors, and hardware channel partners.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics across Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned regions.
