Job Description

Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar markets. Meet or exceed territory sales targets and KPIs. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, installers, EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), and channel partners. 2. Market Expansion Analyze territory potential and develop strategies to increase market share. Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and channel partners. Conduct territory mapping and segmentation. 3. Customer Relationship Management Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers. Address and resolve client queries, complaints, and feedback effectively. Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions. 4. Technical Expertise & Product Knowledge Stay updated on solar technologies, including PV panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting structures. Assist customers with system sizing, basic design considerations, and ROI calculations. Coordinate with the technical team for complex solutions and installations. 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain updated records of leads, opportunities, sales, and customer interactions using CRM tools. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends. Submit accurate forecasts and sales projections to management. 6. Training & Promotion Conduct training sessions for partners and clients on products and solar solutions. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events to build brand awareness. 7. Compliance & Coordination Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards. Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and project execution teams to ensure timely delivery and installation. Location- Coimbatore,Tiruppur,Erode,Salem
