Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Business Manager located in Surat. The Territory Business Manager will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth within their assigned territory. Tasks include developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring product availability, executing marketing strategies, and meeting sales targets. Additional duties involve analyzing market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to optimize sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers in Gastroenterology segment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field preferred
