Role Overview: We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager with proven experience in AgriTech or Drone-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strategic relationships, and managing institutional and government clients. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales to large corporate and government clients. Build a short, mid, and long-term business pipeline through strategic lead generation and market outreach. Develop and execute product positioning and promotional strategies . Manage client relationships at all levelsfrom field officers to senior officials in state ministries and corporate institutions. Represent Marut Drones in tenders, GeM platform , and government procurement processes . Ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction with existing clients while actively seeking new business. Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and R&D) to deliver tailor-made solutions. Desired Profile: Education: Graduate in B.Sc (Agriculture preferred), B.Tech, or B.E. MBA is a plus (not mandatory). Experience: 5 to 10 years in AgriTech or Minimum 2 years in Drone-related sales (Agriculture, Mapping, Surveillance). Essential Skills: Hands-on experience in Tendering, GeM , and Government Sales Strong communication skills English and regional language(s) Demonstrated success in meeting multi-crore targets Ability to travel and work in a hybrid setup Experience with product-based solutions is a bonus Why Join Us?
