Job Summary:

Ridham Enterprise is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented GeM Tender Executive to manage and execute all tender-related activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bidding, documentation, compliance, and end-to-end coordination of government tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage registration, bidding, and documentation processes on the GeM portal
• Track live tenders, prepare required documents, and ensure timely bid submissions
• Coordinate with government departments and vendors for clarifications and compliance
• Upload product catalogues, maintain pricing, and handle contract execution
• Ensure adherence to terms & conditions, eligibility criteria, and bid requirements
• Maintain organized records of bids, correspondence, and approvals
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to gather required inputs
• Monitor tender alerts and manage renewal or follow-ups of contracts

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the GeM Portal
• Strong understanding of government tendering procedures
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF) and GeM portal tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred

Salary:

As per industry standards – based on experience and skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
