Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tender Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the field.

1. File Tender Online/Offline.
2. Preparation of Documents for Tender3. Gem Tender

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate tendering processes for waste management projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements.
Prepare and submit tenders, bids, and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective tender strategies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in tendering, bidding, or proposal writing, preferably in the waste management industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
