Job Title: Tender Executive Company: Devine Meditech Manufacturing Company Location: Delhi Okhla Phase 1 Experience Required: 6 to 12 Months Industry: Medical Devices / Healthcare / Manufacturing Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our team at Devine Meditech, a leading manufacturer of ophthalmic medical devices. The ideal candidate should have 6 to 12 months of relevant experience in tendering processes, preferably in the healthcare or manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify relevant government and private sector tenders via portals like GeM, E-procurement, etc. Study tender documents thoroughly and prepare compliance checklists. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, legal, and finance) to gather necessary documents. Prepare and submit tender proposals on time. Maintain a tracker for submitted tenders, outcomes, and timelines. Communicate with clients or government departments for clarifications or follow-ups. Ensure all documents are in proper format, including technical and financial bids. Handle online and offline tender submissions. Key Skills Required: Knowledge of tender portals like GeM, E-Tender, CPPP, etc. Understanding of documentation, terms & conditions, and bid processes. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF conversion, etc.) Basic knowledge of medical device industry is a plus. Eligibility Criteria: Graduation in any discipline (preferred: B.Com, BBA, or similar). 6 to 12 months of relevant experience in tendering. Prior experience in a medical device or healthcare company is preferred.
