Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Karnal. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and providing excellent customer support. Day-to-day tasks include contacting potential customers, building relationships with clients, responding to inquiries, and following up on leads. The role also involves handling customer service issues, providing information about our courses, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
Proficiency in Customer Support
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in an educational institute or similar industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
