Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele caller to join our growing solar energy company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, educating them about our solar products and services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads database. Explain solar energy solutions, including benefits, installation process, and cost savings. Understand customer needs and provide suitable information. Schedule appointments for the sales or technical team to visit prospects. Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database (CRM). Handle incoming inquiries and resolve basic customer queries. Achieve daily and monthly call/appointment targets. Maintain professionalism and customer service at all times.
