Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Academic Counsellors to join our dynamic sales team. This role uniquely blends academic advisement with inside sales to guide students and parents in making informed educational decisions. As an Academic Counsellor, you will be instrumental in promoting our courses, understanding individual learner needs, and driving admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the lead database.
• Assess students’ academic background, learning goals, and preferences to recommend appropriate programs.
• Clearly communicate course offerings, benefits, pricing, schedules, and the unique value proposition of Xylem Learning.
• Build trust and rapport with students and parents through professional and empathetic counselling.
• Drive student admissions by converting leads and achieving monthly enrolment targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and lead progress using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to stay informed on course updates, student feedback, and promotional campaigns.
• Provide post-enrolment support to ensure a seamless transition for students into their selected programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Prior experience in academic counselling, inside sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for education are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
