This is a full-time role for a Telesales Executive, based on-site in Vadodara. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, explaining the features and benefits of our products and services, and closing sales. Additionally, the role includes maintaining customer relationships, tracking and recording sales processes, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in making outbound sales calls and closing sales, ability to understand and explain technical products and services, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, customer relationship management experience, proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools, ability to work independently and as part of a team, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, and prior experience in the technology or digital solutions industry would be a plus.,
