Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and driving sales through persuasive communication. You will also be tasked with meeting sales targets, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
• Promote and sell products/services by providing detailed information and addressing customer concerns
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects and customers
• Handle customer objections and close sales effectively
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, pricing, and promotions
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitors to effectively sell our offerings
• Report on sales performance and provide feedback to management

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
• Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection
• High school diploma or equivalent (a degree is a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
