📝 Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling Reach out to follow up on patient enquiries, existing and potential clients. Sales & Promotions Present treatments and services, persuade clients to book appointments or make purchases. Appointment Scheduling Coordinate and set up consultation sessions. Follow‑Ups & Relationship Building Engage with current patients for renewals and upselling, ensure their satisfaction. Database & CRM Management Maintain records: update patient feedback, call logs, outcomes. Meet Sales Targets Achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPIs (call volume, conversions). 🧩 Required Skills & Attributes Excellent verbal communication Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities Resilience and patience to manage objections Positive and enthusiastic approach Detail-oriented with good CRM and record-keeping skills ✅ Nice-to-Have Prior inside-sales, B2C tele sales, or healthcare industry experience Familiarity with appointment-setting systems or CRM tools ⏩ Why This Role?
