Telesales Executive (Female Only)

About Us:

Techtaru Digital is a leading IT and digital marketing company based in Jaipur. We provide high-quality web, app, and digital marketing solutions to clients across various industries. To support our growing sales operations, we are looking for female telesales executives who are confident, fluent in communication, and passionate about sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s digital services.
• Explain products and services clearly and confidently.
• Follow up with leads, maintain CRM entries, and schedule meetings for senior sales staff.
• Handle inquiries and objections professionally.
• Maintain daily call records and report to the team lead.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team sales goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of telesales or customer service experience, preferably in IT or services sector.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English (mandatory).
• Confident, persuasive, and energetic on calls.
• Basic understanding of digital services is an advantage.
• Good attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mansarovar, Jaipur.
• Female candidates only.
