Telesales Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Telly Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales.
• Present and explain company products/services persuasively.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers for future business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned timeframe.
• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a high level of customer engagement.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.

Requirements & Skills:

• Previous experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to build rapport and influence customers effectively.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
