The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services. Communicate effectively in Kannada to build rapport and trust. Understand customer needs and handle queries professionally. Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets. Requirements:Fluency in Kannada (mandatory); basic English/Hindi is a plus. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Prior telesales or customer service experience is an advantage.
