Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Agent located in Surat. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing excellent customer support, and assisting customers with their needs and inquiries. The role also involves achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and participating in training sessions to enhance sales and communication skills.
