Telemarketing Executive

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in telemarketing and customer support, with excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in two or more South Indian regional languages such as Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada. This role focuses on outbound calling, lead generation, relationship building, and resolving customer queries efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products or services. Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions. Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion. Respond to inbound queries and provide effective resolutions. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams for campaign support and reporting. Provide insights and suggestions to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer support. Fluent in English with the ability to speak at least two or more regional languages: Telugu Tamil Malayalam Kannada Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with the ability to meet performance targets. Basic understanding of CRM tools and telecalling processes. Graduate in any discipline or equivalent. Desired Attributes: Positive attitude with a customer-first approach. Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience dealing with multi-lingual customer bases is a strong plus.
