Ambreyo Lifesciences is a growing PCD Pharma company in India, committed to increasing access to high-quality healthcare by developing, producing, and marketing affordable pharmaceuticals. Ambreyo Lifesciences offers a well-designed PCD Pharma and Third-party Manufacturing program to provide PCD franchise and Third-party Manufacturing services to customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Telemarketer, located on-site in Chandigarh, India. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to schedule appointments, provide product information, and address customer inquiries. The role includes maintaining customer databases, handling customer service requests, and achieving sales targets by promoting the company's pharmaceutical products.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service expertise
Proficient in Appointment Scheduling and handling Communication
Effective Sales abilities and experience
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or telemarketing is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
