Job Description

A telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential customers to promote products or services, aiming to generate sales leads and conversions. 2
  • Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly. 2
  • Data Collection: Gather customer feedback and information through surveys or direct conversations to improve services and products. 2
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions for future reference. 2
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the organization, contributing to overall business growth. 2
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty. 2
