Telecalling Executive

Job Summary: Outbound Sales Telecalling executive wanted for a pharmacy Location: near Medanta hospital, Lucknow Time:9am-6pm Experience:6-12 months Salary: 8000-8500/month 4 holidays in a month. We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and will be responsible for calling customers, taking medicine orders, answering product-related queries, and following up on deliveries or repeat orders. Key Responsibilities:   Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation and repeat medicine orders.   Handle inbound inquiries related to medicines, availability, prices, and delivery.   Maintain good relationships with regular customers.   Update and manage order records and customer details accurately.   Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely dispatch.   Follow up with customers for prescription submissions and reorders.   Provide information about offers, discounts, and new products.   Handle basic queries regarding prescriptions and usage guidelines (non-clinical). Requirements:   Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduate preferred.   Good verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language.   Prior experience in telecalling or pharmacy (preferred but not mandatory).   Basic knowledge of medicines and pharmacy operations (an added advantage).   Ability to use mobile apps or basic computer software for data entry. Preferred:   Experience in a medical store, online pharmacy, or healthcare telecalling.   Courteous, patient, and service-oriented attitude.
