Job Title: Telesales Representative (Stock Market) Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our telesales team focused on the stock market. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential investors via phone calls to promote our investment products and services. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to our range of investment products and services in the stock market. Explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner, helping clients make informed investment decisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, addressing their concerns, and providing ongoing support. Keep accurate records of all client interactions, including call logs, notes, and follow-up actions, using our CRM system. Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting the stock market. Collaborate with internal teams, including research analysts and compliance officers, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide clients with accurate information. Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement through training, workshops, and industry certifications to enhance your knowledge of the stock market and sales techniques. Qualifications: Previous experience in telesales, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and economic trends. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field (preferred). Relevant certifications such as Series 7, Series 63, or CFA (desirable but not required).
