Job Summary
The Telecalling Executive will engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products and services, generate leads, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Call potential customers to promote services and generate leads.
Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.
Customer Database Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system and track interactions.
Script Adherence: Follow call scripts and sales guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass them to the sales team as necessary.
Performance Monitoring: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads achieved, or appointments set.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to improve services and inform product development.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
Skills:
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and influence others.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
