Job Title: Telecaller – Verification Process (Day Shift)Location: Noida Job Type: Full-time Shift Timing: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome) Salary: As per industry standards Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and professional Telecaller to join our team for handling verification calls as part of our verification process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outgoing calls to verify customer details and maintain accurate records. # Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for data and identity verification. Follow verification scripts and procedures accurately. Maintain call logs and records of each interaction. Ensure high-quality communication and customer service. Coordinate with internal teams in case of any data mismatch or issue. Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and verification completion. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass or graduate. Average communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail. Previous experience in a BPO or verification process is a plus but not mandatory.
