Job Title: Telecaller – Home Appliance Manufacturing (LED TVs, Washing Machines) Location: [Sector 87, faridabad] Industry: Manufacturing – Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1 to 4 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales/customer support team in the home appliance manufacturing sector. The role involves making outbound calls to dealers, distributors, or end customers, providing product information, generating sales leads, resolving queries, and supporting the sales process for products like LED TVs, washing machines, and other appliances. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective dealers/distributors/customers. Explain product features (e.g., LED TVs, washing machines) and address customer inquiries. Generate sales leads and schedule appointments for field sales teams. Follow up with existing clients for repeat orders or service-related feedback. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and feedback. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team leader. Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional calls. Coordinate with logistics, sales, and service teams for smooth order processing. Handle basic after-sales support and escalate technical issues to the service team. Key Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English/regional language). Basic understanding of electronic appliances and consumer behavior. Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work with CRM software and MS Office tools. Prior experience in telecalling or customer support (preferred but not mandatory).
