Job Summary:

E-Media Group™ is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller cum Telesales Executive for its Nawada office. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients across Bihar and Jharkhand to develop partnerships for Admission Provider, RojgaarDekho.Com, and E-Media Institute. The ideal candidate will handle calls, explain our services, and convert leads into admissions, franchise partners, and training & placement associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients (franchise partners, colleges, training centers, and consultants).
• Promote and explain services related to:
• Admission Consulting (Domestic & International)
• Job Placement Services (RojgaarDekho.Com)
• Skill Training & Internship Programs (E-Media Institute)
• Generate leads and follow up regularly for conversion.
• Maintain detailed records of conversations in CRM or Excel.
• Meet weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with senior managers and reporting authorities.
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide appropriate service information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation Preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (Basic English will be a plus).
• Confident, energetic, and persuasive over the phone.
• Good knowledge of telecalling or telesales processes.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheet, WhatsApp, Email).
• Experience in sales/telecalling in education or consulting field preferred.
