Job Description

We are hiring a Telecaller to make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and support the sales or customer support team. A pleasant voice, clear communication, and good convincing skills are key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers to promote products, services, or offers. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. Maintain a database of customer information and update records after each call. Follow up with leads to convert them into confirmed appointments or sales. Provide accurate information and resolve customer questions or concerns. Keep a record of calls, feedback, and outcomes in CRM or tracking systems. Meet daily/weekly calling targets and performance metrics. Transfer complex queries to appropriate departments when necessary. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
