Our programs, workshops, and retreats empower individuals to discover joy, clarity, and higher consciousness. Role Overview:We are looking for a passionate and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for reaching out to leads, explaining our spiritual programs, and converting interest into participation. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential participants from our leads database Explain Science Divine’s programs, workshops, and upcoming events Understand customer needs and offer suitable spiritual sessions Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or call sheets Follow up with interested leads for closing or nurturing Share digital brochures, registration links, or event updates as needed Requirements:Strong communication and listening skills in Hindi Confidence in speaking on phone and handling objections Basic computer/smartphone handling (WhatsApp, Excel, CRM) Self-motivated and target-oriented Passion for spirituality, wellness, or personal growth is a plus Perks & Benefits:Opportunity to work in a spiritually enriching environment Training on call handling and product knowledge Incentives for high performance (based on conversions) Opportunity to grow into other roles in community engagement or event coordination
