We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our content team. You will be responsible for assembling recorded footage, applying editing techniques, and adding special effects, music, and graphics to create engaging and impactful video content. Key Responsibilities: Edit raw footage into polished videos for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and reels/shorts. Trim and organize clips, insert transitions, music, graphics, and voiceovers. Collaborate with content creators, marketing, and social media teams to understand project objectives. Apply color correction, audio enhancement, and motion graphics where necessary. Stay up to date with current trends in video editing, storytelling, and content strategy. Manage and organize video assets, backups, and final outputs. Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, durations, formats). Required Skills: Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar. Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects or Canva animation is a plus). Strong sense of visual storytelling, rhythm, and pacing. Understanding of social media trends and content formats. Attention to detail and creative problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Film Production, Media Studies, or related field (not mandatory if portfolio is strong). Experience editing for spiritual, educational, or motivational content is a plus. Knowledge of basic sound design and color grading is desirable.
