Position Summary

Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling:

    • Proactively call assigned customer database and fresh leads to introduce V-Tech’s garage equipment portfolio.
    • Follow up on marketing campaigns, trade show contacts, and website inquiries.
  • Product Presentation:

    • Clearly explain product features, specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
    • Highlight competitive advantages and demonstrate ROI for workshop owners and service centers.
  • Lead Qualification & Conversion:

    • Assess customer needs, budget, and decision-making process to qualify leads.
    • Nurture prospects through the sales funnel, aiming for timely closure.
  • Query Resolution:

    • Respond accurately to technical and commercial questions over the phone.
    • Liaise with internal teams (engineering, service, logistics) to resolve complex inquiries.
  • CRM Management:

    • Maintain up-to-date records of call activity, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in MS Outlook/CRM.
    • Generate daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and orders booked.
  • Collaboration & Feedback:

    • Work with marketing to refine call scripts, email templates, and promotional offers.
    • Provide market feedback on customer requirements, competitive activity, and product enhancements.

    • Comfortable drafting emails, updating spreadsheets, and generating reports.
  • Sales Aptitude:

    • Goal-oriented with a proactive, persistent approach to meet targets.
    • Quick learner of technical specifications and able to translate into customer benefits.
  • Personal Attributes:

    • High energy, positive attitude, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of telesales or telemarketing experience, preferably in automotive equipment, industrial machinery, or B2B sales.
  • Prior exposure to technical products and ability to grasp mechanical concepts.
  • Familiarity with Indian automotive aftermarket and workshop operations.
  • Experience using any CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Goldmine, Hubspot) is a plus.
