Job role : Tele calling Executive Location :Mankavu, calicut We are looking for enthusiastic and results-oriented Academic Counsellors to join our dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you'll blend academic advising with consultative sales to help students and parents make informed educational choices. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving enrolments and promoting the value of Xylem Learning’s programs. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective students and parents through outbound calls using our lead database. Understand students’ educational goals and learning needs to recommend the most suitable courses. Effectively communicate program offerings, schedules, and the unique benefits of our courses. Provide honest, personalized counselling to build trust and long-term relationships. Convert leads into confirmed admissions while meeting or exceeding monthly targets. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems. Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to stay informed about program updates and campaigns. * Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; background in education or sales is a plus. Prior experience in academic counselling, tele sales, or the education sector is preferred but not required. Key Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Excellent listening and persuasion skills. Goal-driven, self-motivated, and capable of building rapport quickly. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
