Tele caller Fresher

Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresher with an agriculture commerce background to join our telecalling team. You will be responsible for contacting farmers, agri-businesses, and stakeholders to promote our products/services, collect information, and support sales efforts. Key Responsibilities : Maintain a database of contacts and update CRM systems Resolve basic customer queries or direct them to the relevant department Share product information, offers, and promotions Assist in generating leads and setting appointments for the sales team Provide follow-up support on leads and inquiries Qualifications : Bachelor's degree/diploma in Agriculture Commerce or related field Good communication skills in local language(s) and Hindi/English Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or Excel Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: Passion for agriculture and rural outreach Show more Show less
