Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team at LiwaSpring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our water purification solutions, and generating leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
• Explain LiwaSpring products and services clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM – Odoo).
• Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for field sales executives.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain call quality and customer engagement standards.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Minimum educational qualification: Any Degree.
• Previous telecalling or sales experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Malayalam; knowledge of English or Hindi is a plus.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about meeting targets.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 to 15,000 (based on experience and skill)
• Sales Commission/Incentives based on lead conversion and targets.
