Job Description

The Technical Support Consultant for Adobe Solution will provide technical support for Adobe Digital Experience Customers. As an individual contributor, you will be the first point of contact for customers" concerns regarding technical issues. Your key responsibilities will include handling technical problems, ensuring timely response and resolution to inquiries, and documenting all customer cases within established guidelines. You will serve as a customers" advocate by representing their needs with internal product teams and providing proactive issue status updates to required parties. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and qualify cases before escalating to engineering, troubleshoot implementation problems, and work on complex issues that require an in-depth evaluation. To succeed in this role, you should have at least five years of experience in a customer support environment, preferably in a high-tech enterprise setting. You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to systematically troubleshoot problems while ensuring customer satisfaction within service level goals. Strong personal organization skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize job requirements are essential for this role. Desirable skills include knowledge of Mobile and Video programming solutions, experience with tag management tools, and familiarity with Adobe Solutions such as Adobe Experience Platform, Analytics, Target, and Audience Manager. Additionally, proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, and any JS Framework, as well as experience with SQL, database management, and data insertion and reporting APIs are preferred.
