Job Title: Technical Services Engineer – Civil Department: Technical Services Reporting To: Regional Technical Service Manager (RTSM) Experience: 2+ years preferred Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Essential) Role Overview:The Technical Services Engineer will serve as a key interface between the organization and end users. This role is responsible for ensuring high service levels, monitoring product quality, and managing relationships with key accounts and influencers in the assigned region. Key Responsibilities:Provide regular and structured feedback to the Regional Technical Service Manager (RTSM) on field activities. Deliver prompt and effective customer service to end users in the assigned districts. Track product quality via on-site tests and market sampling; report observations and trends. Collect independent customer feedback on pricing, service levels, and quality; share actionable insights with the RTSM. Maintain strong working relationships with key accounts, contractors, and technical influencers to enhance brand credibility and product adoption. Qualifications:Essential: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering Desirable: Prior experience in construction, building materials, or technical services is preferred Desired Competencies:Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to conduct field inspections and troubleshoot product performance Analytical and reporting capabilities Stakeholder relationship management Self-motivated, with a problem-solving attitude
