Technical Sales Engineer - Adhesive Technology

Job Description :- Technical Sales Engineer - Adhesive TechnologyWe are currently looking for talented individual to join our team, focusing on several key industries, including Defense, Military, Aerospace, Space, Satellite, Railway, Industrial, Robotics, Medical and Automotive.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in promotion of Adhesives, Sealants, Coatings and Thermal Management products in Defense/Industrial/Railway/EMS/Electronics Contract Manufacturing segment, with a background in (BE/B.Sc/Diploma) Chemical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics . Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, alongside excellent organizational and negotiating abilities, are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Performing product trials and demonstrations to customers.
• Presenting value proposition of products over competitor's products.
• Searching for new clients and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
• Developing long-term relationships with clients and negotiating tender and contract terms.
• Calculating client quotations, analyzing costs, preparing reports, and meeting sales targets.
• Supporting marketing activities and making technical presentations.
• Collaborating with sales team members and technical experts.
• Assisting in product design and providing training to sales team members, as needed.
• Travel across the country.
  

Experience in product marketing for adhesives, sealants, coatings and Thermal Management technology products across various industries is required, especially knowledge of products such as Thermal GAP PAD®, Conformal Coating, Sil Pad, Phase Change Materials, Thermal Gel, Silver Conductive Ink and Thermally Conductive Grease. Additionally, experience with companies like Henkel, Dow Corning, Cytech, Rand Polymers, Momenntive or any chemical industry will be a significant advantage.
We prefer candidates fluent in Telugu /Kannada/Hindi and English, with the job location being Hyderabad.
