Job Summary:

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements.
• Write and post effective job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
• Source and engage passive candidates using sourcing tools, databases, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of technical roles (e.g., software engineers, DevOps, data scientists) and the ability to speak confidently with tech candidates.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Job portals, Boolean search, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
