Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members. Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in technical management. Job Requirements Strong understanding of inclusive banking principles and practices. Experience in managing assets and mortgages is desirable. Excellent technical skills and knowledge of relevant software applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
