Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee technical aspects of mortgage operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
