Job Description for Technical Manager (Arbor):

As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing and mentoring technical teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Developing and implementing the companys technical strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Managing technical resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment.
Providing technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring best practices are followed and technical challenges are addressed.
Communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap between technical details and business needs.
Identifying and mitigating potential technical risks, ensuring the security and stability of technical systems.

Skills Required:

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of relevant technologies and systems.
Leadership and Management: Ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks, and provide constructive feedback.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues, analyze complex problems, and implement effective solutions.
Project Management: Experience in planning, executing, and managing technical projects.
