Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tecaller at Greentek India Limited located in Secunderābād. The Tecaller will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to technical support and assistance, handling customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical guidance to customers. Additionally, the Tecaller will collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless customer service and support.

Qualifications

• Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of solar energy systems and products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in a technical support or customer service role
• Degree or certification in Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in local languages for effective communication with customers
